BuddyPlace is an interactive online shopping service based in Malaysia that help people to find awesome places to eat, drink, relax, enjoy, shop and more. People can keep connected to the most popular places by sharing their reviews and rates anytime and anywhere. - How to use BuddyPlace?
Easy - Simply sign up and buy the deals as many as you want. More deals you buy more discount you can earn. Plus, you can share the deals with anyone and give some reviews on it.
- I forgot my password
You can head over to http://buddyplace.my/forgotpassword to reset your password. The new password will be send to your corresponding e-mail. - I can't receive the e-mail regarding password reset even-though I have reset it for many times.

- What are the differences between Loyalty Deals and Buddy Deals?
Loyalty deals is a long terms deals offered by merchant without expire date until they want to take it down. It is an online shopping platform developed based on multiple pricing and 'Buy More Save More' concept where customer can earn more discount on the next pricing or in other words it is rewards to loyalty customer for those supporting the merchant. While Buddy Deals is a short terms deals offered by merchant with limited offer period and expire date but customer still can enjoy the deals after they have redeem it. - I am interest to grab the next discount level. How do I do?
To be entitle for next offer, you must accumulate purchase of deals from the same merchant until you have reach on maximum purchase price. - When I can redeem my deals?
If you buy from Loyalty Deals, you can redeeem it immediately after payment have been made untiil the last day of your coupons offer period while Buddy Deals allows you to redeem according to the date that have been set by merchant. - How do I cancel my deals?
Sorry but you can't or in other words you may cancel the deals but no money will be refunded to you for any deals that have been purchased.
- How to rate and give review
Just click at any deals that you have been trying or interest with and rate the deals by clicking a star contains ascending value. To give review, click review tab on the bottom of deals and write your opinions about the deals. - Why I can't give review?
Please make sure you have login into BuddyPlace account and you have bought the deals. - Can I give a negative review?
Yes, you can but make sure the bad experience happen on yourself. Please provide the evidence and related facts on your writing. You review should not display threats, harassment and other bad intentions. - Why I can't delete my review?
Sorry but we just want to know your first story. Please post the review carefully because you are not allowed to undo, delete or modify the content. - I have bought the deals, but the voucher prints nothing, what should I do?
