- Who is Merchant?
Merchant is third party that selling and/or providing deals either in products type or service. - How Merchant works?
As a merchant, you can manage your deals, get order from customers, receive feedback and review from them, build your fans and followers and reward them for their loyalty. - What is the comparison between Loyalty Deals and Buddy Deals?
Loyalty deals is a long terms deals offered by merchant without expire date until they want to take it down. Merchant can create multiple pricing and set volume purchase offer for the deals. This concept making easy to merchant because they are not required to post same deals many time. While Buddy Deals is a short terms deals offered by merchant with limited offer period and expiry date. Buddy Deals is a traditional online shoping service where merchant have to post deals once on a time and have to repeat the same way on same deals in the future. - What is multiple pricing?
Multiple pricing allows merchant to set the purchase quantity price and accumulated purchase amount for maximum of 4 tier. The price for the next tier should be more less than before. Thus, we can encourage customer to take the deals until they will be on the next tier of offer and build their loyalty without they realized it. - What are the meaning behind the concept of buy more save more?
Since Loyalty Deals are using multiple pricing concept, people can save more money as they can buy the deals in bulk. The more they buy, the more discount they can earn on the next tier of offer. However, this offer depends on their accumulate purchase and period of time set by merchant. Beside that, merchant can also save up their money by using this multiple pricing rather than direct adevertising for individual deals. Frankly, this is how we help to build your brand awareness and customer loyalty. - How to post deals inside Loyalty Deals and Buddy Deals?
Please login to merchant account management and click deals management tab. For Loyalty Deals, you can add more deals and update the price up to 4th tier. While for Buddy Deals, you can simply post your deals and fill in the details required without setting the multiple price.
- How to be a Merchant?
Just click be a Merchant banner on the top of each page or here and you will be directly to sign up form. Choose your membership type and start fill in the details required with correct information. - What are the features of free membership and Premium Membership?
The features of free membership are unable to delete unwanted reviews or comments, unable to register sub-accounts for their staff and higher transaction fees for vouchers sold to the customers. While for Premium membership give merchant advantages to delete unwanted reviews or comments from user, able to open sub-accounts for their staff and lower transaction fees for vouchers sold to the customers. - I've sign in as a free membership; can I upgrade my membership as a Premium and how?
Yes and thank you for showing your interest with BuddyPlace. Please click Upgrade Membership button in Merchant Account Management and complete the required field. - How to cash out?
Go to Merchant Account Maintenance and click Request Pay Check tab. You can see the latest account balance and make cash out if your account balance is more than minimum value. - How to post my deals?
Please sign in and you will be directly into Merchant Account Management. Click Manage Deals tab and fill the information in the required field. Please make sure your products/services description is correct and valid. - What should I do if I'm not satisfied with given review?
You can hide the post by user immediately but this application can be found if you are sign in with Premium Membership. - I'm not sign up with Premium Membership but the review given show a bad intention, can you help me?
Sorry, to get some of our special features, you must change your membership by purchasing Premium Membership. - How many photos can I upload?
You must have at least one photo as a default picture for your deals and there are no limited number of photos you can upload. - Can I use photos from others websites?
Yes, but please avoid uploading photos without copyright permission. We would greatly appreciate if you can use your own photos to promote the current deals.
